Balance Dance is a Modern Dance based class that provides an enriching opportunity for seniors to share the joy of movement. Balance Dance focuses on balance, coordination and flexibility while moving the whole body. This class is specifically designed for moving bodies 55 years +, including beginners with no dance experience.
