This activity has been cancelled.
In this class, we will perform basic yoga poses and use modifications/variations as needed to accommodate the student's needs. We will learn to coordinate breath and movement and how to tune in to our inner self to be in the present moment.
*Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat.
- Classes may be modified to follow State, County and City Safety Guidelines.
- Masks are required for the duration of this activity.
