We will discuss what being "fit" really means, fitness strategies, and the impact fitness has on your biological functions. We will learn about different kinds of fitness (such as yoga, cardio, martial arts, meditation, etc.) and the ways cultures affect fitness. This club involves some fitness theory, as well as some practice.
