We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, August 10, 2022.
Join us for a morning walk to get your day going! We will take attendance and stretch. The work out is great for any active senior. There class will start with a 5 minute warm up, followed by 30 minutes of medium paced walking, and will conclude with a 5 min cool down.
