An exercise class geared towards active adults that focuses on whole body exercise in a safe, fun, and challenging matter. This class is modified to each participant's level. We will use many evidenced based exercises that consist of cardio endurance for a healthy heart, muscular strength and endurance for strong bones and muscles, stretches / flexibility for healthy joints, and balance for fall prevention. We will emphasize core engagement and deep breathing for moving efficiently and reducing stress in activities of daily living to achieve optimal health.
