About this event
Session 1 - Paint What I See Students will explore how to paint by using different mediums such as oil pastels, soft pastels, acrylic and watercolor. We will also study different forms of art that take inspiration from wildlife, nature, and different artists from around the world. Session 2 - Climbing Your Family Tree Students will set our on a journey to explore their family. We will practice the basics of genealogy by suing case studies, photographs and practice conducting and interview. Students will then have an opportunity to practice gathering information from their family and will be able to preserve stories about their family. Students will develop basic research skills and find and showcase fun facts about their family. Supply fee for this cohort: $20
