The Beginner Training Template is designed to help reduce the confusion about how and where to start training, improve your overall health and maximize your results. You will build confidence in the weight room, develop strength, develop endurance and increase your work capacity. This program is set at 8 weeks but can be continued beyond those 8 weeks. You will get 3 full body strength days and 2 conditioning days per week. You will be able to follow along at your own pace and with the flexibility of your own schedule.
