Experience the flexibility, strength, awareness and joy of yoga. Breathing techniques and advanced poses are added according to the student's ability. Please bring a blanket or towel. We have mats available for use. Yoga Instructor: Shelley Aanerud, Certified Ananda Yoga Instructor, E-RYT500.
