Adult Swimming Lessons
Ages: 16 years and older. (Less than 16 years old must have Pool Manager's approval)
Prerequisites: There is no prerequisites for this class.
Objectives: Adults are offered a multi-level class where students are taught both individually and as part of a group according to their ability and goals with an emphasis on swimming laps as well as stroke refinement.

An appropriate swimsuit is required at all times. Use of goggles is recommended for this level. It is important to enroll in the correct class; necessary transfers may result in the change of class days and times. For specific information on class prerequisites or level placement, please contact Allied Gardens Pool staff at 619-235-1143.
