This class will focus on basic yoga poses as well as meditation and breathing exercises. Each class will follow a basic theme which will include physical movement and mental focus. Students will improve balance, flexibility, strength, proprioception, as well as enhance their mind/body connection and boost confidence by learning a new skill. Classes will explore how mindful movement can help improve everything from an athlete’s performance to an academic’s test taking skills! Students will learn valuable life lessons in a lighthearted and fun way.
