About this event
*Adults* Intermediate to Advanced Swim Club (Ages 16+) This group is for adults who are able to swim, but were never taught proper technique or are looking for correction to their technique. Swimmers will be taught how to move efficently through the water. Freestyle/Front Crawl with Rotary breathing will be covered as well as backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, diving and flip turns. Taught by one of our USA Swimming Certified Coaches.
