Learn how to punch, kick and work with a partner in a non-aggressive atmosphere. You'll learn kickboxing fundamentals as well as practical and fun mixed martial arts techniques taught through the lens of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do training concepts.
Drop in participants are welcome.
