Challenge activities include running, walking (treadmill and elliptical included), biking, stationary bike (Peloton), rowing, stair climber, wheelchair, and daily steps from your fitness tracker. Feel free to switch up activities and break up the distance however you like until you reach your mileage goal (e.g., daily, weekly, etc.).
Track your mileage using the Under Armour MapMyRun app. All participants will receive 3 months free MVP access, so you can stay on track, get insights, and share progress with your friends as you conquer the challenge. Also, you can manually track your mileage with the custom 100 Mile Tracker and visualize your progress by crossing off the miles on the chart.
Tracking mileage is based on the honor system, and you can break the mileage up however you like (e.g., daily, weekly, etc.).
Rally your friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, run club, or whoever you like and join or create a Rocky Challenge team. Hold each other accountable and encourage everyone along the way. Awesome team name required.
