Sunrise Yoga enhances the Arboretum's natural beauty with mindful breathing, yoga movements, and guided meditations. A previous participant described her experience in this class as 'magical.' As the sun rises, we will focus on building strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration. No prior yoga experience is necessary, as movements can be adapted for varying fitness levels. In case of rain, we will meet across the road inside the Harriet Alexander Nature Center.Instructor: Cathy Skrip, MS, LP, RYT-200, Certified Grief Yoga® Teacher
