This activity is closed to further registration.
Become comfortable in the water, learn fundamental swimming skills and improve swimming strength and stamina. This class is a basic swim course for adults learning to swim. Participants will be taught floating and basic stroke techniques (front float, front crawl, back float and elementary backstroke).
Please be advised that we will be following all Covid -19 safety procedures. This may include changes in our curriculum, wearing of masks, keeping social distance and small groups.
