About this event
Using the Unreal Engine 4 game development program. Students will be introduced to the robust visual programming solution offered by UE4. This technology allows newcomers as well as experienced professionals to quickly produce game prototypes or even finished projects. Over the duration of the course students will use visual programming to create a simple, prototype 3D platform similar to modern Mario games. Concepts such as functions, variables, and level design will all be explored along with others. The skills learned in this course will make transitioning to full programming significantly easier. This course will be taught by our 3D printing instructor Collin Menninger, he has been working with Doral for the last 4 years teaching 3D printing and game design. NO CLASS DURING SPRING BREAK **Minimum of 5 students needed to run enrichment classes** Cost of this class reflects the extended length.
