Aqua Fitness Class: (not a swimming class)
Aqua Fitness is a low impact class that is performed in deeper water. It is designed for all fitness level individuals.
This kind of workout contributes to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health and strength.
Incorporates cardio and strength intervals, using sometimes water dumbbells.
Ideal for people recovering from injuries, suffering chronic joint conditions such as sclerosis or arthritis.
