Learn from instructor Black Belt, Adam Palmer who studied with Chuck Norris for many years. Increase health, endurance and self-defense ability all in fun and an informative atmosphere. Participants will be able to test for the rank of "Orange Belt".
All classes are conducted in accordance with L.A. County's Best Practices to Prevent COVID-19 guidance.
