Gentle II: This class is better for those who have had a regular yoga practice for more than a year. It features flowing movement, more challenging pose options, and a little less instruction regarding pose adjustments assuming participants have the experience to make some adjustments to suit their own needs.

This email will include technical support contacts, links to virtual classrooms and passwords if necessary, as well as information on the usage of the online classroom for your class.
