Let's play hockey together! Join us at the ice rink this spring where guardians and their children learn and play hockey together. Program teaches fundamental hockey skills, strengthens basic skating skills and concludes with a weekly scrimmage.
Prerequisite: Participants must be able to stand, balance and move forward independently on skates. These skills are needed to learn hockey skills, and children who are unable to independently skate need to complete Tot 1 of the Learn to Skate program.
Equipment: Fee includes skate and helmet rentals for all participants, as well as sticks and hockey gloves for younger participants. Full gear not recommended and mandatory CSA approved hockey helmet with face cage required for young participants.
