This feel-good workout fuses Latin and international dance music while creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system with aerobic interval training in a combination of fast and slow rhythms for fat burning and total body toning. Fitness elements and dance variations are incorporated from Cumbia, Merengue, Belly Dancing, Salsa, Reggae-ton, Samba and Calypso-just to name a few. No dance experience necessary.
