Unique yoga sequences focus on weight bearing and joint stabilization to improve overall bone density and physical balance while learning to safely work around health concerns such as (but not limited to) osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. This adaptive style of yoga encourages individuals to create a personal and safe weight-bearing practice with the use of your own body weight, dynamic tension (mind to body awareness) and specific muscle activation techniques. This class will be offered In Person and Virtually.
