Bring balance to the mind and body by soothing aches, reducing stress, and learning to relax. Emphasis will be placed on how breath supports the yoga postures. You will learn body awareness and how energy flows through your breath and movement. Students of all levels will be amazed by the ease and challenge of this class. Beginners are encouraged to have at least one session prior experience. Please bring a yoga mat to class.
