Taught throughout the centuries, Hatha Yoga incorporates proper breathing techniques (pranayama), proper exercise postures (asana), proper relaxation (savasana), and meditation (dhyana) into each session. This class is suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. This is a gentle flow class. Please bring a mat and a blanket.
