The water provides a unique resistance that will challenge your muscles in new ways, while also supporting and protecting your joints. Throughout the class, you'll work on improving your form and technique to get the most out of each exercise. You’ll focus on toning and strengthening your core, as well as improving your balance and flexibility. By the end of the class, you'll feel energized, toned, and refreshed. This class will be held in varying depths of water, and a buoyance belt will be provided when appropriate.
