Become certified to teach the American Red Cross Lifeguarding, Shallow Water Lifeguarding, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers, Administering Emergency Oxygen and Bloodborne Pathogens classes. This course prepares instructor candidates to use course and presentation materials, conduct training sessions and evaluate the progress of candidates in a professional-level course. Candidates must be currently certified as a lifeguard. There is a $35 non-refundable fee due to the American Red Cross for the online pre-course.
