Ages 18+
In this VIRTUAL class, dance fitness routines set to Latin, contemporary and international rhythms performed at a lower intensity to avoid injury to your joints. Different modalities will be used to help boost cardiovascular endurance, muscular conditioning, balance and coordination.
The instructor will send you the Zoom link prior to the first day of class. Please be sure to provide a valid email address when registering.
Residents: $20.00 Non-Residents: $28.00 beginning May 31st
