Ages 55+
A low-intensity interval style dance class where Latin and World rhythms join cardiovascular exercise to create a fun low impact aerobic routine. Come ready to sweat and be prepared to leave revitalized and feeling strong.
PLEASE NOTE: Masks are required regardless of your vaccine status.
Resident 55+: Free Non-Resident 55+: $55.00 beginning Dec. 13
