Ages 18+
Dance fitness routines set to Latin, contemporary and international rhythms performed at a lower intensity to avoid injury to your joints. Different modalities will be used to help boost cardiovascular endurance, muscular conditioning, balance and coordination.
Residents: $20.00 Non-Residents: $28.00 beginning May 31st
