In this 30 minute circuit class, you will squat, lunge, and stair climb your way to stronger legs and glutes! This fast-paced class will utilize your own bodyweight in addition to a variety of equipment. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and modifications can be provided. Squat Squad will include a combination of standing and floor exercises. Please bring a mat to class if you have one!
Looking for an extra challenge? Join us for Curls and Crunches, an upper body and core focused workout. This class is offered before and after squat squad.
