This gentle yoga class is a combination of mat, standing, and balancing poses. Participants need to be able to get up and down from the floor safely approximately three to four times throughout the class. Through gentle postures and deep breathing one can gain flexibility and strength and learn techniques of deep relaxation. Bring a towel and wear comfortable clothes. All levels welcome.
