Join us for the first-ever Youth Basketball Winter Tournament on March 8 and 9 at the Parker Fieldhouse (official start and end times will be determined by the number of teams registered).This tournament is only for Parker Rec teams. If you did not have a team participate in the Parker Rec. Winter 2025 Youth Basketball season, please reach out to determine eligibility.
All Parker Recreation leagues are designed to be safe, educational and to create a place for athletes to have fun while building important social skills such as self-confidence, sportsmanship and teamwork. Each participant will play at least half of each game.
- 10 to 12 division teams play 5 v 5.

- Standings are not kept.
- Score is displayed on the score board.
- Screening is allowed.
- Double team is allowed.
- Over and back violations WILL BE enforced.
- 3 Second violations WILL BE enforced.
- Double Dribble violations WILL BE enforced.
- Personal fouls WILL BE recorded.
- Hoop Height: 10 feet
Recreational leagues focus on basic skill development and game knowledge and are designed for players of varying skill levels.
- Upper Recreational: Upper Recreational leagues are recommended for players with some previous experience and those who have a good understanding of the game, some pre-existing basketball skills and those looking for a more of a challenge.
- If your child plays in any type of club level basketball, they must play in the Upper Division.
- Please carefully review the descriptions for Upper and Beginner Recreational teams before registering.
All registration is taken on a first come, first serve basis. Recreational leagues focus on basic skill development and game knowledge and are designed for players of varying skill levels.
- Age is determined by the participant's age on the final date of each season. Players may not play up or down (outside of their age range). For ages that overlap, please choose the best division based on your child's size, skill and previous playing experience.
Youth Sports Tournament registration is by team only. - Start time will vary depending on team registration. This is a double-elimination tournament with two games guaranteed.
