Our Zumba class combines high energy and fun music with sassy moves & routines that will add a little spice to your life! This class has amazing health, body, and mental benefits. This dance workout utilizes the principles of fitness, training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
Comfortable clothing & sneakers REQUIRED for class
Also, don't forget to bring water.
