Join us for this online class! Experience yoga in an accessible way. While seated on a chair, learn to relax your mind and breathe deeply, gently working out stiffness and soreness in the entire body. Learn to raise your heart rate and promote circulation without compromising joint health. Gain flexibility in your spine and gradually build endurance and strength. We'll end class with a deep relaxation and seated meditation. This class is perfect for those who have trouble getting up and down off the floor, seniors, and those recovering from injury.
