Join us for this online class! It can be a radical step towards greater physical & mental health to schedule in time for rest. This weekly 30 min class will consist of a guided relaxation that releases physical tension, calms the mind & soothes the emotions. A perfect way to transition into the weekend! Slow down... get comfortable... & take time to be with you! Care is taken to make sure you are physically comfortable.
