About this event
Riders will go on daily adventures in the city of Oakland and other surrounding cities. This camp will make frequent stops at parks, playgrounds, and other interesting venues such as ice cream parlors and eateries and more. Cyclist will travel along pre-determined bike routes with the least amount of vehicle traffic. The goal of this camp is to: Gain experience riding in a group setting. Gain more experience of riding along streets and bike paths. Experience what Oakland and other cities have to offer. Make new friends and/or deepen existing relationships. Requirements: Must have a bicycle in good working condition, and the biker should be able to sit and ride comfortably on their bike. We highly recommend having the bike serviced before the camp begins. Must have a safety approved helmet that fits the rider properly. Participant must have have several years of riding experience. Must have a backpack that is in good condition (straps and zippers must be working properly). Water bottle Hats Carry an extra tire tube
