Zumba Fitness is a medium/high impact class based on dancing. Zumba incorporates several forms of dance, some of which include Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Belly Dancing, and Cha-Cha. Zumba benefits include burning calories, relieving stress, lowering cholesterol, improving mood, and easy to follow! Zumba is a form of exercise that is appropriate for just about anyone interested in moving regardless of fitness level or dance experience!
