Yang Style 24 is a Tai Chi Form that is slightly more challenging than Sun 31 but is still suitable for participants of any age and ability level who can stand for 15 minutes at a time. It is the beginning Yang Style Tai Chi Form, and is also known as the International Form, being the most widely practiced form of physical fitness in the world. Like all Tai Chi, the 24 Form improves breathing, balance, brain function and lower body strength, thereby helping to prevent falls and reducing stress. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic or flat shoes. No flip- flops or sandals, please.
