We designed this training camp to help your son become a skilled, strong, and competitive wrestler. All week, we’ll challenge your son -- working with him to improve his skills on the mat, in the weight room, and on his feet with match-like conditions. The camp focuses on three aspects of being a great wrestler: disciplined technique, strength, and conditioning. Using both mat exercises and the Northridge weight room, campers will practice the best exercise routines for developing the strength & conditioning required to be a wrestler.
