13. SHERRY, PORT, MADEIRA AND TOKAJ (Thursday, December 4)
Dry white, rosé and red table wines dominate wine lists and shelf space. However, wines ranging from bone dry to lusciously sweet come in many more colors, distinctive personalities and unique styles. This seminar is devoted to discuss these different styles of wines, from fortified to late harvest. We will taste outstanding examples from Spain, as well as from Port, Madeira and Tokaj.
