Activities

一、 The full marathon elite group and the half marathon challenge group need to wear the chips specified by the organizer and receive rewards according to the designated ranking.

二、 This event will enforce the closing time of each stage. If the contestant fails to pass the specified stage within the time limit, the organizer will have the right to confiscate the contestant's qualification.

三、 The right-of-way application for the event route is time-sensitive. After the closing point, the right-of-way will be used to return to the driving vehicle, not the contestants. In order to consider the safety of the contestants and avoid the same road after the opening time of the right of way, the contestants must follow the guidance of the staff to guide them to the storage vehicle, and the storage vehicle will be sent to the end of the race.

Shipping Rules

The conference only provides the function of temporarily storing clothes. Please reduce your luggage. Please take protective measures to store your items. Please keep valuables, fragile items or electronic products by yourself. The conference will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
Participants need to use a special clothing bag (not limited to the association and color), which is in the same form as the road running association or the black horse road race. Please pack the bag as a bag and send it to the storage area. And put the clothing insurance card in the transparent interlayer of the clothing insurance bag. After the game, use the number bib as a proof of receiving the luggage.
This event does not accept the use of backpacks, plastic bags and other styles of bags.
Storage period: The conference will accept deposits from 04:00 on March 5 (Sunday). Please pick up the storage items at the designated pick-up time. If you exceed the time limit, they will be treated as lost items.

The conference does not accept luggage from non-runners. It is recommended that multiple people accompany one person to send luggage to reduce waiting time.

Prizes & Awards

If the winner is under the age of 20, in addition to the front and back copies of the winner's ID card (if there is no ID card, please attach a copy of the household registration transcript), the front and back copies of the legal representative's ID card are also required And sign on the award letter in person, and cooperate with the award and all tax-related procedures to receive the award.

RECAUTIONS

Clothes storage:

Insurance Description:

Players are requested to review their own conditions on the day and do what they can, and get enough sleep the day before the event and eat breakfast 2 hours before departure on the day before starting. The association will provide necessary emergency medical aid on the spot. Diseases caused by own diseases are not covered by the insurance. The public accident insurance only covers the compensation for injuries suffered due to accidents.
The organizer of this event has underwritten the public accident liability insurance. The scope of compensation for the public accident insurance is within the event venue and during the event. Injuries caused by accidents caused by the negligence of the organizer or force majeure factors are covered under this coverage. Timing system:

The half-marathon challenge group (21km) and the full-marathon elite group (42km) have chip timing. This race uses a disposable chip, which is glued to the back of the bib. After the race, the chip does not need to be recycled, and no deposit is required, so there is no refund security deposit.

During the event, please follow the instructions of the organizer to gather at the designated location.
Please pin the number bib on your chest to facilitate chip sensing and staff identification. If it is lost or damaged, the organizer reserves the right not to reissue it.
Those who do not have a bib number are not allowed to enter the track to avoid safety concerns. If non-competitors enter the track, the staff has the right to ask them to leave the track, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the controlled areas such as supply stations, start and finish points.
The supply stations along the route of this event have been legally applied for use. In order to maintain the quality of the event and protect the rights and interests of registered runners, the organizer will strictly control non-runners entering the supply stations.
Medals and race finishers will be sent after the race, and the number bib will be used as a redemption identification. Participants in each group who fail to pass the finish line within the specified time will not be awarded finisher medals and finisher gifts.
This road run has certain risks. Participants are requested to evaluate their own conditions to participate in the competition. If they have heart disease or other serious diseases, and their personal medical records are not suitable for participants, please do not sign up. The track is located on the urban roads and riverside parks of Shuangbei City. Traffic control will be implemented in accordance with the local traffic conditions. All participants must travel within the designated safe zone and follow the instructions of traffic control volunteers. Participants should pay attention to their own safety at all times . If you feel unwell along the way, please do not force yourself, and ask the nearby volunteers for assistance. There will be mobile rescue volunteers patrolling along the way.
