THIS CLASS MEETS FOR A 7 WEEK CLASS SESSION
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga to strengthen your body, increase flexibility, reduce stress and improve mental clarity. You will learn various yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation all from sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This class is for all abilities. Leave each class feeling joyful of mind and body!
