Description
Tai Chi combines soft flowing movements with proper breathing techniques. Continued practice can relieve stress, increase strength and flexibility, energize the body and lower blood pressure. Adults ,1-hour class, $6 drop-in fee/class, FREE for 55+ Lifestyles Members
