This hour class is a refreshing, re-centering, simple blend of breath and movement practice. No special equipment needed, just wear comfortable clothes and enjoy mindful, flowing movement designed for all bodies. Terra Lea will share an array of calm our stress response, we boost our immune system, sleep better, digest food better, and increase a general well-being. Moving in simple ways, in chairs or standing, these movements drawn from yoga and qi gong, builds a calm, focused energy in body, mind, heart and spirit. The class ends with a guided meditative practice to enhance the positive effects. Terra Lea draws on yoga philosophy, somatic therapy, and energy medicine to offer this unique healing practice. Please bring your own mat or towel.
