Come join us for simple poses that will leave you relaxed and refreshed! Participants of all levels will love this class and will learn stretches at the deepest level to release tension and tightness, restore energy and re-balance the mind and body. Please bring a mat and a blanket. Two yoga blocks are recommended. No class 4/15
