Aerobic Dancing Wednesdays 9-10 am 1x a week
This progressive dance workout includes stretching and flexibility moves, floor work, standing weight work (hand and ankle weights optional) and aerobic conditioning and cool-down, as the instructor leads you through a choreographed workout. All workouts are easy to learn and follow.

Bring an exercise mat or towel for floor work.

COVID-19 safety measures and guidelines must be followed by all participants and will be enforced by MVF staff. All participants must wear facial coverings over the nose and mouth unless otherwise specified and maintain 6-foot distance from one another.
