Aerobic Dancing Monday/Wednesdays 9-10 am Lake Marion CC
This progressive dance workout includes stretching and flexibility moves, floor work, standing weight work (hand and ankle weights optional) and aerobic conditioning and cool-down, as the instructor leads you through a choreographed workout.
All workouts are easy to learn and follow. This is a twice a week class.
Class is on Mondays and Wednesdays
If you register after the start date, class fee will be automatically prorated.
Bring an exercise mat or towel for floor work.
