- 10k is the 5k course repeated twice, aid station every 5k loop
- 15k 3x 5k course and Half marathon 3x 2.18mi loops just past the 5k turn around

- water/gatorade/Gu gels at the start/finish for 10k/15 every 3.1 miles
and half marathon every 4.36 miles
- 15k and half marathon time limit finish by 11AM, early start option at 8AM if

- course through beautiful nature preserve on railbed trail
(~25% paved, 75% hard packed gravel/dirt)
