Join us for this instructor led swimming workout plan! Designed to build endurance and develop strokes all while getting a great workout. Must have basic understanding of the front crawl, back crawl, and breast stroke prior to this course. Drills will be a part of the course but the ability to swim at least down and back (25 yard length) is necessary.
