Advisor: Mr. Glanzer Email: firstname.lastname@example.org The Robotics club provides participants with a hands-on, student-led opportunity to develop their mechanical engineering and computer science skills. Students work together in building multiple robots to solve complex problems, developing algorithms for controlling these robots, and devising a strategy to earn the most points in a time limit. We will end the year by participating in the KISS Institute of Practical Robotics (KIPR) BotBall competition. This competition emulates real-world robotics scenarios, from simulations of air traffic control to micro-biological processes and is attended by schools and independent robotics groups from across Virginia. Winners go on to participate in a national competition over the summer. If you join this club, you will be expected to work hard and contribute your time, both during and outside of club schedule, and put your skills to the test.
